Do you export smaller quantities, or only full containers?
We handle both. A 20-foot container is our standard unit for all type stones bulk orders, but we regularly arrange LCL (consolidated) shipments for buyers testing a new stone type or placing a smaller initial order before committing to volume.
How do I know the material will match what I see in photos?
It’s a fair question and one we take seriously. Before any shipment leaves our yard, we send packing photos of the actual material being loaded against your approved sample. You confirm before the container is sealed. We also offer physical sample dispatch if you’d like to inspect the stone before ordering.
What export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, where required, bill of lading, and a quality inspection report. Everything is handled in-house — we don’t rely on third-party agents for documentation, which keeps the process clean and on schedule.
We’ve had bad experiences with Indian stone exporters before. How are you different?
We can’t speak for others. What we can tell you is that every order includes pre-shipment inspection photos, a signed QC report before container release, and accurate packing details. We also provide references from active buyers in Europe, the Middle East, Gulf Countries and Southeast Asia that you can contact directly.
Can I visit your quarry or processing unit in India?
Yes, and we encourage it. Buyers sourcing significant volumes are always welcome to visit our facilities in India. If you’re planning a stone-sourcing trip to India, let us know well in advance and we’ll arrange a proper material viewing with your specific requirements in mind.
What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?
It depends on the stone type and finish. Ready-stock rough blocks can ship within 10–15 days. Polished slabs and custom-cut stone typically require 5-7 weeks for production and quality checking. We give you an accurate lead time in the quotation — not an estimate that keeps shifting.
