2. Product Information
All our stones, slabs, and blocks are natural products, and therefore, variations in color, texture, pattern, and thickness may occur. These natural variations are not defects but unique characteristics of genuine stone.
BBV Impex makes every effort to display product images and details accurately; however, the actual product may differ slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in USD and other forign currency (depending on the buyer’s location and agreement).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or availability.
Orders will be processed only after receiving an advance or full payment as mutually agreed.
Payments must be made via approved bank channels or payment methods specified in the invoice.
4. Order and Confirmation
Once an order is placed and all terms and conditions are discussed, our team will issue a Proforma Invoice for the buyer’s confirmation.After confirmation, production or material preparation begins.
Any modification or cancellation after confirmation may lead to additional charges if applicable.
BBV Impex reserves the right to reject any order if it violates our company policy or export regulations.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All goods are shipped from India to the agreed destination port.
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, order size, and logistics conditions.
BBV Impex is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, strikes, or transport issues.
We have shipped the order with insurance. However, if the buyer chooses not to take insurance in future shipments, then the risk of loss or damage will transfer to the buyer immediately once the goods leave our facility or the port
6. Quality and Inspection
BBV Impex ensures strict quality inspection before shipment.
However, since natural stone products have inherent variations, minor color or vein differences are normal.
Any quality claim must be reported within 7 days of material receipt, with clear photographic evidence. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
7. Returns and Replacements
As natural stones are custom-cut or processed for each order, returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the material is proven defective or significantly different from the confirmed sample.
BBV Impex reserves the right to inspect and validate any claim before offering a replacement or credit note.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, product images, brand names, and materials on the BBV Impex website are the property of BBV Impex.
No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
