3. Product Information & Natural Stone Disclaimer

6. Packaging, Delivery & Logistics

Packaging methods (wooden crates, fumigation, container loading) are determined based on stone type and export standards.
Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on processing, inspection, port operations, and logistics factors.
Shipping terms, port of loading, and destination are finalized during commercial negotiations, not via the website.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

Order cancellations or modifications are subject to the processing stage and mutual agreement.
Costs incurred for cutting, processing, packaging, or logistics may be chargeable in case of cancellation.
Custom or processed orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

8. Inspection & Claims

Buyers are encouraged to conduct pre-dispatch inspections or appoint third-party inspection agencies.
Claims related to quantity, damage, or specification must be raised within a mutually agreed timeframe after delivery.
