2. Material Selection & Source Control

Raw materials are sourced from reputed quarries and approved suppliers.

Each stone type is selected based on:

  • Geological consistency
  • Structural integrity
  • Color and pattern characteristics

Blocks are visually inspected to identify natural fissures, cracks, or structural concerns before processing.

Natural variations in color, veins, and texture are inherent to stone and are communicated clearly to buyers during the inquiry and approval stage.

3. Processing & Manufacturing Standards

Processing is carried out using modern machinery and skilled workmanship.

Slabs and tiles are produced as per agreed:

  • Size
  • Thickness
  • Finish (polished, honed, leather, flamed, brushed, etc.)

Thickness tolerance and surface finish are monitored during production.

Edge cutting, calibration, and surface treatment are performed with attention to accuracy and uniformity.

4. Inspection & Quality Control Process

Quality checks are conducted at multiple stages:

4.1 In-Process Inspection

  • Monitoring during cutting and polishing
  • Thickness and dimensional checks
  • Surface quality and finish inspection

4.2 Pre-Dispatch Inspection

Before dispatch, materials are inspected for:

Buyers may:

  • Request detailed photos and videos
  • Appoint third-party inspection agencies

6. Packaging & Handling Standards

Proper packaging is critical to maintaining quality during transit.

Slabs and tiles are packed in strong wooden crates suitable for export

Packaging is designed to prevent:

  • Breakage
  • Chipping
  • Surface damage

Containers are loaded following safe stacking and securing practices

Wooden packaging is fumigated as per international shipping requirements

Packaging methods may vary based on material type, size, and destination.

7. Traceability & Documentation

Each shipment is supported by relevant documentation, including:

  • Packing list

  • Inspection records (if applicable)

Material details are traceable to processing batches and source quarries where feasible.

8. Handling of Non-Conformance

Any quality concerns raised by buyers are reviewed carefully.
