2. Material Selection & Source Control

Raw materials are sourced from reputed quarries and approved suppliers.

Each stone type is selected based on:

Blocks are visually inspected to identify natural fissures, cracks, or structural concerns before processing.

Natural variations in color, veins, and texture are inherent to stone and are communicated clearly to buyers during the inquiry and approval stage.

3. Processing & Manufacturing Standards

Processing is carried out using modern machinery and skilled workmanship.

Slabs and tiles are produced as per agreed:

  • Size
  • Thickness
  • Finish (polished, honed, leather, flamed, brushed, etc.)

Thickness tolerance and surface finish are monitored during production.

Edge cutting, calibration, and surface treatment are performed with attention to accuracy and uniformity.

4. Inspection & Quality Control Process

Slabs and tiles are packed in strong wooden crates suitable for export

Packaging is designed to prevent:

Containers are loaded following safe stacking and securing practices

Wooden packaging is fumigated as per international shipping requirements

Packaging methods may vary based on material type, size, and destination.

Material details are traceable to processing batches and source quarries where feasible.
